At the FashionTV Gala Awards at Hôtel Barrière Le Majestic, Out As Humans delivered a stirring experience that left guests deeply moved.
Founder Gerardo Segat set the tone with a powerful opening line: “We’re here to talk about humanity.” What followed was a raw, emotional journey—guests danced, cried, shared their dreams, and connected beyond the surface.

One guest reflected, “All my choices have been driven by money so far, but this morning I woke up and decided to follow my passion and dream instead.”

Described as “soul-stirring” and “a catalyst for change,” Out As Humans once again reminded us that at the heart of it all—beyond glamour and success—it’s our shared humanity that truly resonates.

NEW YORK, NY – Out as Humans delivered an unforgettable experience, captivating audiences with a deeply moving and immersive performance. The event, which explored themes of identity, resilience, and personal transformation, left attendees inspired and uplifted.

But the night didn’t end there. As the curtains closed and the energy lingered, guests were invited to an intimate after-party—where host Gerardo did something unexpected.

“When I was young, I had this dream—one that felt too big, too precious to touch. I wanted to be a legendary DJ. But sometimes, the dreams we cherish the most are the ones we fear chasing, because what if reality can’t live up to them? So I let it stay a dream, frozen in time,” Gerardo shared with the audience. “But tonight, for just one night, I decided to break my own rules. I created a DJ set, just for this moment, just for you.”

As the first beat dropped, the room transformed. Music pulsed, laughter echoed, and for one electrifying night, a long-held dream came alive—shared with an audience who had just experienced a show about the very essence of being human.

With such an impactful evening in the books, Out as Humans has once again proven its ability to bring people together through art, storytelling, and, in this case, music.
